We urge all Photos To Canvas users to maintain backup versions of all materials submitted to us. You understand and agree that the provision of any materials to us through the service is done at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to your content or image or any damage to your computer system or loss of data that may result in the download or upload of any material. You are solely responsible for creating back-ups of your digital content. We are not responsible for any loss of data and/or files resulting from our suspension or deletion of data and/or files, network or system outages, file corruption or for any other reason. In addition, we are not required to return any materials you submit to the Site.
PRIVACY
You should review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site, to understand our privacy practices.

Rowangalleries.com will not be held responsible for any infringement of copyright when producing work for a customer, All Customers are responsible for obtaining permissions from artists and/or photographer\\\'s. Rowangalleries.com reserves the right to refuse or reject any images that we believe will infringe copyright law.

PRICING
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the Site, we cannot confirm the price of an item until your order has been completed through our shopping basket. In the case of Art on Canvas we will confirm the price after any retouching has been completed, you will receive a croping proof via e-mail for sign off prior to printing. Please note that we never go to print without your approval in writing this can be via e-mail.
If you decide not to proceed with a Art on Canvas order after your image has been proofed, we will only refund the canvas cost but not the retouching or design fee as the work will already have been done.
DELIVERY
We use DHL Home this is a door to door 48 service Please note, deliveries can be made any time up until 9pm on this service, Deliveries are made on Working days only. Saturday Deliveries are available on request but are not guaranteed. Refund of the Saturday surcharge will be applied if delivery is not made on the relevant Saturday.
Deliveries in certain areas in Scotland , Wales , Cornwall, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands may be subject to a 24-48 hour delay. Shipments to and from remote areas nationally and internationally may be subject to delay. Please check the address with us prior to sending for advised transit times.
Please note that any guaranteed service will guarantee a delivery time once collected. If the collection fails it will be re booked as soon as possible No refund / discount will be given for failed deliveries. We cannot use guaranteed services to remote areas, please check with us if this is a requirement.
Please ensure that the receiver is in to accept the delivery or you may have to pay an additional charge on each delivery attempt. Please note we cannot mail to any PO Box address or BFPO address through our services.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from us are Thoroughly CHECKED AND HAND PACKED and are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL THAT YOU check the entire box for damage and, if possible, open the parcel and view the contents. Otherwise we advise all customers to sign \\\'NOT CHECKED\\\' with the courier and score through any small print accepting the condition of the parcel if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from Rowan Galleries, but simply change your mind regarding their purchase, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned to Rowan Galleries in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Any damage that has occurred to the items whilst in your possession may affect your refund.
Rowan Galleries MUST be notified of your intent to return an item within 24hours of receipt and then the item itself must be returned within the 7 days that follow that notification, notification will only be accepted in writing, via e-mail will be accepted info@rowangalleries.com. Rowan Galleries CANNOT refund on items returned outside of this procedure. We will not be responsible for the return delivery cost. If you request us to arrange a collection you will automatically be charged for this service.
As our Photos to Canvas is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded.
Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
